I love this refrigerator! Its counter depth is perfect and fits beautifully and doesn™€™t stick out too far. I love the middle drawer and how we can change it to be either a freezer drawer or fridge based on the storage we need. The locking features is also amazing especially with our 3 year old. The only reason I didn™€™t give it 5 is because the ice maker can be pretty loud

I have had the refrigerator for about 1 week. Honestly, it is hard to give an extensive review other than it is working fine. I do like some of the features on this unit. I have had 2 refrigerators previously - GE Cafe and Samsung. Both had to be replaced after 6 years. I would not recommend either one of them, because they are poorly made.

Nothing but issues with this refrigerator. My refrigerator is only 1.5 years old and has already had to give serviced three times. I™€™m now having same issues fixed under 1 year warranty happening again and has led to other issues and ruined kitchen floor. Ice maker breaks and will leak all over floor, button for dispensing water also sticks and does not stop when finishing filling glass. Control panel as result of the water leaking into the flex drawer.

Would have rated this a 5 bc we really do love it. Love the bright interior lighting, the lighting on the water dispenser as you fill your cup, the overall look of it with the chrome hilites, the stainless that doesn™€™t show fingerprints, theoptions of shelf placement. Few things we don™€™t like is the ice maker inside takes up a lot of room. Would prefer this model to have it inside the door. When the ice maker fills with water it is very loud. We don™€™t like that we have to press buttons to go from water to ice instead of two separate paddles. So far it has been working perfectly!

Other than that brand name reputation, what decided my purchase was the versatile drawer option for drinks, wines or freezer temperatures control. This fridge is so spacious. We swapped out from a French door Frigidaire Gallery and the amount of extra space is crazy! Love the ice cube shape, definitely melts slower. Only thing I would say is to triple check measurements. We had to remove the upper cabinet because it was a half inch off. Should have measured the floor model instead of relying on the written specifications!

Counter depths can be short on storage but having the drawer allows for more freezer or refrigerator space as needed. With food preparation the drawer is so versatile to store pies, mashed potatoes, relish trays, etc. made in advance. I have used it for extra freezer space and now switched to refrigerator mode for the holidays. All of the door shelves are very strong, and adjustable. The interior with the adjustable shelves fits tall and short items perfectly and it even has a butter container on the door shelf! Best purchase ever. ??

This model replaces an LG dud, so we are leery, but happy so far. We love the flexible temp drawer and the ice/water dispenser but miss an additional ice maker in the freezer. Ample storage in the door shelves and snack drawers hold meat and meds.

Love love love this refrigerator. I like that you don™€™t have to open both doors to get to the right side drawer. Middle drawer is so nice and has separate cooling controls depending on what is in there. Large freezer space as well.
