I decided a while ago that I wanted to switch to induction from my gas range. When one of the burners stopped working and I realized it was 25 years old, I decided it was time. I am so happy with this - heating is really fast and easy to control. And the ability to keep it clean - so good. I dropped a piece of toast wih hummus on it, hummus side down of course, and didn't have a care in the world!

Only thing that could be better is sometimes I have to touch the power on or burner on indicators multiple times to get it to turn on. Wet fingers maybe? It™™s minor compared to the positives with this so far. Have had it for almost a month.

Great stove and heats up everything very quickly. You can cook with precision unlike gas or resistance coils. I like the top stove buttons for kid safety. You need to unlock it, select the cook top, then the heat level. More steps means more safety. You can also lock the stove when not in use. If you are using it around kids, consider getting a physical door lock that sticks on the outside.

Great range so far. Had it for a few weeks. Switched from our gas range to induction for better indoor air quality and safety reasons. Love how quickly it boils water and like the safety of the burners only being on or hot when a pan or pot is on it. Still adjusting to the oven cooking our recipes at a slightly different timing that our gas range. Like the digital display and it™™s so straightforward and easy to use. Looks great too with clean lines.

This is our first induction range and we really like the ease of use and cleaning. The oven control panel on the front is good, but I do find myself stooping or kneeling when setting it. The oven space is deeper than our previous models which is great for the holiday turkey. This seems to have led to a reduction in storage below, but that is not a problem for us.

Overall like the oven and induction cook top. Boils water fast. It is imaging. When the temperature of the induction is changed it is almost instantaneous. Do not like the oven turning off when reach time set on timer. Would like to have a choice to leave oven on when time reached. Also, only some of the controls of the oven are backlit which makes it difficult to know where buttons are to maneuver.

Very impressed with the speed that pans heat up. Boiling water is scary fast. Takes a bit of practice to learn the right settings on the range to cook various things, and the first lesson was to start with a lower setting that you might expect. Pans come up to cooking temperature faster than on other stovetops and it can be easy to overshoot the temperature you need if you are used to other types of stoves. So, don't walk away when you put an empty pan on the stove and turn the burner on. Also remarkable is how quickly the stove (and pans) changes cooking temperature up and down when you change the setting. Very quick response.

So far so good. I have had it for only two weeks. It has been working well. I™™m still learning and getting used to it, but it™™s easy to use, the instructions on the screen are clear. I love the way it looks in the kitchen. It boils very fast, easy to clean which was one of my fear, but I am pleasantly surprised on the ease to clean the cooktop. So far no scratches.But, It is very sensitive to touch, as it is easy to inadvertently turn the power off when wiping off the cooktop while cooking. I am getting used to the air fryer mode, which temperature to set for each type of food, but so far I have used it for vegetables and I was very happy with the outcome. I wish that the air fryer tray would have come with a dripping pan, but I have to get that separately. I will probably write another review with updates later on. But so far I am very satisfied.

I™™m a very ™Detailed Perfectionist™ therefore read most all good & bad reviews before purchasing. Then, spent over two hours going through the Operations Manual that I downloaded a few days prior to my delivery date (only got up to page 20 of 60+ pages). I was very pleased on how ™intuitive™ the touch controls were and on my 1st night of my 48 hour ™acceptance or take back™ period, I proceeded to put all 5-top elements through their paces even using the ™Bridge™ left elements for my oval cast iron skillet (Whole Salmon Filet). It was great to have so much control on lowering or raising individual induction elements (in comparison to my old electric stove).We are also enjoying the multi oven settings. My daughter made her first double batch of chocolate chip cookies using the convection oven and they came out perfect without changing the recipe (baking temperature and time).

Precise, consistent cooking

I have been delighted with my new induction cooktop and electric oven. Making the transition from a lifetime of gas ranges and ovens to induction cooking has been surprisingly easy. I have only had this new appliance for a couple of weeks, but so far I love the speed, precision, and consistency of cooking with the induction range. Setting a cooking intensity on a scale of 1-9 has been great, and I have found it much more convenient to use than fiddling with a gas burner and basing the cooking heat on how high or low the burner flame appears to be. The induction system™™s number-based heating settings are more exact and consistent. Water comes to a boil more quickly, food cooks more evenly, and I haven™™t had any issues so far having to be careful about food getting burned at higher heat settings. (I have been using Caraway non-stick ceramic induction cookware™"and both cooking and clean up are so simple.) I also have been using a translucent silicone induction cooktop mat that covers the top of the range. This has worked really nicely.The range ™burners™ are easy to see through the protective cover, the mat does not inhibit the induction functions at all, it protects the cooktop from any kinds of spills or potential scratching, and it makes it so simple to keep the cooktop clean. Lastly on the induction cooktop, I don™™t miss having to deal with gas burners that get clogged and stop lighting, nor do I worry about gas fumes any more. As for the oven, I only have used it to bake cookies a couple times so far, but it worked very well both times. Everything is simpler, easier, neater, and safer with my Frigidaire induction cooktop and electric range. I am so glad to have made the switch from gas cooking.

touchscreen is horrible. takes so much longer than a stove with real knobs/buttons to turn on, and to adjust temperature. if anything is placed at the front of the stove or if cookware slides forward a little past the line, it beeps you to death (think a car if you don™™t wear your seatbelt) and the entire unit shuts off if you don™™t move fast enough to move whatever it is. most frustrating appliance while your trying to cook.

I'm loving both the stove and the oven features. The Power Boost to get water booking quickly is fantastic. I love the fact that if I accidentally get my dish towel on the burner, I don't have to worry about a fire. We love this induction stove so much, which we™™ve enjoyed at our home in Florida , that we bought a second one for our new condo in Massachusetts. A gas stove is not allowedat either location and regular electric stoves just don™™t compare. The induction stove works like gas raising and lowering the temperature takes effect almost immediatel. Plus we can use it as an air fryer and convection!

We just moved from NY where we enjoyed a fabulous 5-burner gas range. At our new house in GA, there's no natural gas available and the electric range that came with our new house was terrible, heating up way too hot, no good simmer settings, and not able to quickly turn down the heat like our old gas range, burning lots of dinners. I missed our old gas range. But we bought a new induction 5 burner range with many oven modes, including convectioin, proofing, sous vide. Love Love LOVE how the range top heats up or cools down quickly. Love how I can set the oven to Proof for bread making. Plus the clean lines and no knobs gives a better look and no knobs bumping into large pans on the back burners. No longer burning dinners, no longer sad or mad.

Our new induction range replaced a far more expensive unit that malfunctioned. Everything that we have cooked in or on it is better than what we made on our old (a different manufacturer) unit. Our ONLY complaint is that the controls are a bit fussy and that the unit beeps at you for many reasons. It is very smart, cooks everything beautifully, but the beeping is annoying. All in all, the minor annoyance is well worth it.

The replacement induction stove finally works!

The first one I received was broken and Frigidaire took 6 months to agree that was it broken and replace it. The new one works like a charm thus far. Fingers crossed! I really like my induction stove and I am glad I have it. Gas puts exhaust in the air and I will never go back. However, I wish Frigidaire could have gotten it right the first time. They wasted a lot of my time with their less-than-fully-competent techs.

The oven was installed just in time for our family's Saturday Christmas cookie baking at my home. None of the cookies burned; we baked six different kinds, making more than 50 dozen, all cooked to perfection. The stove top also works very well, providing even cooking.

This range sucks 12/11/2025

Save your time, money, and frustration. This thing is a piece of junk. The touchscreen barely works, the cooktop turns off on its own, almost impossible to cook a meal. Almost everyday the stove glitches out and will stop responding, forcing me to turn the power off at the breaker to reset the stove and get it to respond. Already had one warranty service repair that did not help. Customer service is garbage.

Love the induction Stovetop and oven that has Air Fry and convection oven options. The induction stovetop is easy to clean unlike my old glass top burner stove. As soon I remove the hot pan the burner top is only warm after about 30 seconds and wiping up spills is very easy without scrubbing.

Love this range! First of all, delivery was seamless and the men used significant care in removing the old range and installing the new. I was worried about our new floors and was impressed with their attention to this. The range arrived the day before Thanksgiving so we were expecting this to perform well. This is our first induction range and it was very easy to use and performed very well on it's first run cooking a large meal. Easy clean up of the cook top and I love the sleek design and touch-controls. Our old range was a 15 year old electric so this was a huge upgrade! Very happy with our purchase!
